Our website provides information regarding Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE) and special education assessments. The content on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, or educational advice. An evaluation relationship is only established upon the signing of a formal Assessment Plan or contract with a Local Education Agency (LEA).

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, CAS Evaluations and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. Detailed assessment reports generated by CAS are confidential records provided to the specific client (parent/guardian and LEA) and are protected by applicable education privacy laws.

• Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;
• Using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website;

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes.
